团队合作是软件工程教育的核心，但自由搭便车、支配、冲突和沟通障碍等挑战长期存在，影响团队效能与学生学习。已有研究多确认这些挑战，却未系统考察其发生频率、相互关联及影响。本文设计问卷并在三门 capstone 课程中施测，分析205名参与者对既往团队项目的回顾数据，报告参与、贡献和协作类挑战的频率与共现关系，揭示其对学生和项目的影响，并分析团队构成如何塑造合作体验。最后讨论帮助教师促进有效学生团队合作的策略。
Teamwork is a fundamental component of software engineering education. However, various persistent challenges (e.g., free riders, dominators, conflicts, and communication barriers) have been well-documented in the literature as hindering team effectiveness and student learning. While prior studies identify the presence of these challenges, they do not systematically explore how frequently they occur, how they correlate with one another, and what impact they have. In this paper, we report on a study of the challenges that students encountered in their previous team projects. Specifically, we introduce: (1) a survey we designed and administered across three capstone courses, (2) an analysis of the survey responses from 205 participants, (3) our findings on the frequency and co-occurrence of participation, contribution, collaboration challenges, their impacts on students and projects, and the role of team composition in shaping teamwork experience, and (4) a discussion of strategies to better support instructors in promoting effective student teamwork.
