FaultForge is a business-semantics-driven cross-layer fault injectionframework for microservices. This immutable v1.0.0 research artifact containsthe FaultForge source code, a modified and fully attributed Train-Ticketv0.2.0 source snapshot, 393 executable fault candidates, the frozen124-sample dataset, three complete reference RCA runs, experiment andfigure scripts, tests, deployment manifests, and reproduction documentation. The archived data reproduce the preliminary evaluation results reported in theaccompanying ASE 2026 NIER paper. Full fresh fault-injection reproduction requires the Linux,Docker, and hardware environment described in the README. This is merely a prototype system developed for the paper and may contain errors that we have not yet identified.
